My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was very convenient, close to the city center in Monterrey, but the major avenue where it's situated may not be the most attractive. The rooms, although equipped with air conditioners, were not as clean as I would have liked. On the bright side, the dining options included freshly prepared eggs and good meat. The service could use some improvement as the cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were lacking.
